I just signed into the App Store after having a terrible experience with one of Nastygals competitors. I realized that I have not sung Nastygals praises nearly enough. I guess I took for granted how excellent they were up until I experienced totally horrible customer service. Despite the fact that other companies might sell the same clothes, brands and styles, Nastygals customer service is really where they shine. They trump every competitor/similar company by virtue of their excellent quality, return policy, and most of all, they treat every customer and their customers money with respect. Whether you are a frequent or first time buyer, you wont be disappointed with the clothing quality, theyre sizing accuracy, their return policy, and even the reps you speak with on the phone are on point and nice!!!

App is great to use except when checking out; it would be easier to start typing State & country versus having to scroll down to find your country and state. Besides after typing zip code it should automatically provide city and state.
I love the app except for the checkout which forces me to look for Country, Zip & State which seem redundant since Country & Zip should be enough to complete the form. Otherwise the shopping and saving items to cart was easy and enjoyable.

Some bad moments
When I first got the app, I loved it. Its very easy to use. But now, I cant even open the app. Please fix the problem.
Its been weeks since the update that resulted in a 100% crash rate! I cant buy a thing until you fix this app!
the app was perfect in the first week but now theres alot of crashes, i cant even be on the app for 3 minutes without any crash.
Loved using this app at first, then it started misbehaving. Pictures wouldnt load and it would crash for no reason. Deleted and downloaded it twice to bono avail. Even contacted the brand twice and they turned out to be as useful as a blunt knife. Im going to delete it for good and just shop on site.
The first time I used this app, I thought the design of it was good; it was very user-friendly and though it froze once or twice for a few seconds at a time, it was nothing that made the app unusable. That said, I was only able to use this app once because for some reason, whenever I try to go into it now, it just will. not. open. Each time I try, it freezes on the Nasty Gal logo page for about five seconds and then shuts down and exits me out. Its a glitch that makes the app not just inconvenient to use, but impossible.
For literally months I have tried to load my "crushes" or liked I items and it will sit there loading and not open up. It has before but 90 percent of the time it will never load. Its very frustrating and the reason why I cant see what I liked and purchase things.
